How to Order
Ordering
We can receive orders via telephone or email. Please do not email any credit card info, but rather call us. We are a small company, and if we do not answer immediately, please leave a message and we will call you back as soon as possible. We do keep substantial stock on hand, so your order can be despatched quickly. Custom orders are usually completed within two weeks.
Please ask if you do not see what you need on line. We often have small numbers of different panels in-house, as we work on many special design projects.
Shipping
Shipping charges and options are calculated when you place your order. We ship all orders by Canada Post worldwide, usually expedited and insured. We have been using this method since opening in 1986 with great success. We can accommodate rush deliveries, they are usually couriered and are subject to a surcharge. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, Money Orders, Checks.
Returns & Exchanges
We ask that you notify us via e-mail or telephone prior to returning goods. If you wish to return an item, please return it within two weeks. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We will promptly make an exchange or refund, provided the item is still in its original condition. Please remember that cut yardages and customized curtains are non-returnable.
